As a kid, I was super accountable. I was always on time, always in class, always had homework done on time, always practiced for my piano lessons (even though I absolutely hated practicing).
Then I graduated college and decided that I no longer had to be accountable to anyone but myself and my paycheck.
I lived like that for a few years, mainly just showing up late all the time because I was an “adult on my own schedule."
I quickly realized this attitude was serving no one, especially not me. It took a lot of long walks for me to mull this over. How could I be a free agent and be accountable to others?
After a lot of walking (and a good yelling at by a close friend), I became accountable again. Are you ready to discover your key to accountability?
